I have about a 2 year old lcx27c lowrance unit on my 619 and the gps will work one day and then it wont the next. It says gps acquired and then not acquired. I checked the plugs on the unit. I checked the wires everything seems to have good connections. Is it possibly the unit? I checked the gps puck and it seems connected fine.Is it the transducer? Anybody have any problems like this? Thanks in advace!!

Do you have "WAAS" selected in the menu? If so, deselect that and see what happens. It wouldn't be the transducer, as that's depth, and not relative to GPS.

Sounds like your puck is about to go... I just had this happen to me. The signal would cut in and out, it did this for days then it just cut out for good. A buddy who knows graphs very well ran a couple tests and found the puck was burned out... it was only a year old. A quick trip to Gander and $199.99 later I was back in it.
