I was quite interested this spring by some samples DJohnson received from a company, esoxedge ( http://www.esoxedge.com/). He only got these shortly before heading back up north but of course, we had them out on the deck and were
test running them. I had a fish hit the double blade bucktail on the left right away, using it in some dirty water, and that was good, but what was impressive about these baits to me, the bucktails laid out straight in the cast, not that turnover line snarl of some double blades when casting, and the second thing, we could not get the spinner baits rolled over at what I would consider the highest speeds we could crank. I hate when spinner baits roll on their side, and won't use them if they do it, so I was impressed. Also the vaunted weedless snagless feature of spinner baits is pretty well negated when they do not run in the vertical plane they are supposed to maintain. These were cool in that you could helicopter down the bank, crank em fast or slow em down and they always maintained that verticality. I really thought Doug should have left the second one on the left for my further testing, but he would not. I really liked that bugger. Doug was predicting a bunch of fish on LOW with this group of baits this summer, and was wishing he had them in some more colors.

I have the same one as the second from the left. I just bought it off the forums on here. Can't wait to try it out.
