So I just got one of these boxes and to say it is the best box I have owned yet would be a under statement. I love the box, it has so much storage capacity, I can't even believe it. I was talking with a buddy recently and he seemed to think that the manufacturers of these boxes would make custom inserts for compartments in a boat. I was telling my dad this today and he seemed very interested in the idea of getting inserts for his 620 DVS Ranger. Curious if anyone knows if this is true or not.

Thanks
Matt Percival

To the best of my knowledge it is true. His website has a number you can contact him. Just got a few of these boxes myself to fit under the casting deck of my ranger. They work great. Fit like a glove and seem built really well.

Just know the measurements of the space that you want to use and Bob will put something together for you exactly how you want it.

I have had 2 custom cases made so far. They are great! I truly can’t think of a bad thing to say about them. Also Bob Schmitt is a great guy to work with.

Bob is working on a design. Brad Hoppe and I approached him about it earlier this year. He was interested in doing it and is currently in development stages at the moment. Not sure how available they will be in the future. If they are anything like his boxes they will turn out awesome! I got my first one last October - I now have 6.

Putting these cases in the storage area sounds like a good idea but then where do you put all the crap that usually goes in the storage units? I find that there is never enough room in the storage units to begin with. I would prefer them to slide under the rear casting deck if you have a Ranger. Just my $.02
