I was just wandering what everyones stories are of ways they have caught muskies in screwed up ways. I've caught 3 this year while fishing with a small jig and grub after having more muskies hit those than my good ole' crankbaits and bucktails. Just wandering if anyone has some good stories.

tommyv: that's not unconventional. It's a great way to catch Muskies. Jigs are a regular tool in my arsenal. I guess what's unconventional when I use them is that I use them in water from 20-40 deep. There are Muskies there!

My unconventional presentation involves our STUPID CAT (is descibing a cat as stupid redundant?) and a sucker rig, but before I can get that "pet rock that sheds" to the boat,it is rescued by my bride and kids!

Sponge Bob: your boss just called - told me to tell you not to come in on Monday! (Guess you''ll have to go fishing instead).[:halo:]

Steve: Wondering what color your cat is?

That Stupid Cat, there I go repeating myself again, is a calico. It has all different colored spots which should make it effective in both low light and sunny conditions.
Would anyone like it? We could send you some parts to try out! Oops, someone just was reading over my shoulder, so much for that idea.
