Okuma Reel - Convector ?

Subject: Okuma Reel - Convector ?

Location: SouthWest PA		I just bought an Okuma- Convector CV 30D w/ Line Counter reel today. I just got done putting line on the reel and for some reason the reel will not dis-engage allowing me to free-spool it. When I move the lever to the "Off" position on the side, nothing happens. The reel is still engaged to crank. I have to pull the line off the reel by hand.

Any suggestions?
