Google Air-Brush and you'll get a ton of info.
I started with a Pasche, but since then have switched to an Iwata. Createx water-based paint seems to be a favorite, but I use all House of Kolor automotive acrylic lacquers.
Explore and enjoy.

Bought some paint and air brush parts from these guys last few times.

Pricese are comperable to others but the big difference is shipping is very reasonable. Finding that some of these outfits want to charge $15 to ship a single $5 order.

TCP global.....that's the guys that I get my stuff from. (I'm getting bad with names lately)
They have everything....water-based, automotive, any air-brush related stuff that you need and links to other sites.
