I'm a registered user on BassFirst.com which is one of the OutdoorsFirst sites I think. Is there anyway I can use the same registration name and password over here and on Walleye First?

You will need to register on all the websites individually. We are working on a new system now that will allow a single registration, more on that in the near future.
