| I got my brand new Thorne Bros. Custom rod today! As soon as I walked outside I noticed the container was all messed up. I opened it up and sure enough the tip was broken off about 3 inches down. You talk about bummed out! I called thornes and told them about it and they said it happens more than you would think. they said they would have the delivery service pick it up tomorrow and start building me a new one. I can't win for losing!
