I've got a few baits that i'm needing to buy some spare hooks for. Just hoping you guys might be able to tell me the correct size of hooks to use for these.

Hellhound
8" Jake
Shallow Invader

Also, On any of these lures....Is it going to make a big difference if I don't use the same brand hooks that came on the bait? If any of you guys could help me on this, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Hellhound - 3/0 Eagle Claw 774s (might be 4/0 so someone correct me if I'm wrong)
Not sure on the Jake.
Shallow Invader - Musky Innovations uses their own plasma point hooks I believe in the 3/0 size, Mustad round bends in 3/0 size work as well, so do 3/0-4/0 EC 774s.

Unless you upsize to 6/0+, you likely won't effect the action much on the Jake and Invader. Gliders are a little more touchy. You'd be wise to buy yourself a pack of 3/0 EC 774s anyway. My .02 cents.

I keep array of hooks sizes on board. All presharpened in a plastic box. Have any size I need when I need it. As for your question of size of baits posted I would have to match to find out. If I am somewhere and don't how my hook box, I just rob hooks off another bait till I get home.

As for is it going to make a big difference if I don't use the same brand hooks that came on the bait? Most times no. Sometimes yes. If you generally keep the same size and weight you should be alright.

I think 8" Jakes are 3/0 VMC cone-cut.

Hellhound: replace the hooks with a 7 up front and a 6 in the back, Mustad 3551
8 inch Jake: use 4's, again the 3551's
Shallow invader: 3's, 3551's

Keep it simple

I agree on the hellhound, use at least a 5/0 in that light wire short shank mustad hook. For the other two baits use the 3/0 short shank mustad hook.
