I have a humminbird legend 2000 fishfinder that needs a new transducer. I dont know if its worth it to replace the transducer for about $80 or if id be better off to just get a new fishfinder all together... Im not looking to spend a lot, $100-150 max. Im just wondering if a new fishfinder in that price range would have better or worse features than my current one.

Unfortunetely I have no experience with it as I got it in a trade with a bunch of other stuff, and this is how it was when I got it. I dont even know how old it is. Just wanting some input from people who fool with these things more than I do.

Thanks guys

I'm putting a 2005 Legend Fishfinder 2000 series on E-Bay today-It's brand new never used still in box -Starting low-The highest bidder wins it-Bought two one for me and the other for a friend. I thought I lost it-It was way back in a cabinet-My friend is still using his.I have no room for a boat at my new home so I sold it-Alex
