Just a quick note to say I was with your mom & dad last night at the Rhinelander airport for a little celebration. In the course of conversation, fishing came up, then so did you when it turned to muskies. Small world. I now have enough info on you to keep my fellow posters happy for a while (LOL).
Turns out my dad originally hired your mom when she was with Oneida County Economic Development. I see her every once in a while now at these types of "functions."
Just thought I'd pass this along and say "hi." Be sure to drop in if you're up our way.

Yes it IS a small world. I'm in your neighborhood (Rhinelander area) all the time, but I do not go out of my way to make myself known (I'm shy and keep to myself). Had I dropped in and introduced myself at your office at FHS prior to this "common connection" you established last night with my parents.... you'd be wondering who the heck this "kid" is. Glad to know you will recognize my name should I ever have an opportunity to introduce myself in the future.
Hopefully the "celebration" did not get too out of hand last night.... or I'm sure my dad would have you convinced that I catch a 50 incher every time I go fishing (ha ha). | |
