Dorn Hardware on Midvale Blvd has a pretty good selection,
D + S Bait on Northport and the big new Gander Mountain just north of Madison off the Interstate

There's also another dorn hardware on 1511 N Sherman Ave. Its not too far from D & S on Northport. They have a good selection also. If you need directions pm me.

There's a big box Gander in Mad town too. The Musky selection isn't half bad.

And almost, if not, all the baits John sells at Smokey's are made in the USA. Great shop, great owner.

Check out dorn's if you have the time. I would pass on gander, it's not all that impressive for muskie gear. They have a hard time keeping the shelves filled there.

Smokeys Muskie Shop is worth the drive. Biggest little shop around. Tons of muskie stuff. Great deals also. All made in the USA. John is working to only deal with products made here in our country.

Support the USA !!!

If you're actually going to be in Madison, check out Dorn's on Midvale. We've been getting boxes upon boxes of the new baits for the upcoming season by the day, our selection is pretty good. Smokey's is at least an hour drive away from Madtown, but also a good shop.

I've been stopping at Dorn's for years. Great shop "downstairs".LOL. Stopping there regularly now that I pick up/ drop off my Kids in Madison. Great conversation with a guy there last time. Made me long for open water. Smokey's? If you have the time , it's a must. John is one of the great guys in this business. The place should be a Midwest Landmark. Steve
