Does this board float? Just thinking of two guys measuring in the water like with the floating ruler. Could always have it clipped to the boat I guess.

How does the hinge system work? Do the ends fold down?

It folds both ways up or down.

Yes it is, same pvc as the board

why did you decide to go with pvc for the hinge? pvc breaks easily and once it does break we will have to buy a whole new board

The only way that the hinge will break is if you want it to. I'v tried to break it and I can't but if you do please let me know, I'll take care of it. Shipping all depends on where you live.
