Who all went?? What did you think?? Not a bad show, seemed like it didn't have as many vendors as last year. One thing REALLY p----d us off. We got there early and walked up to see if they would let us in. Tha guy at the door told us they wasn't letting anyone in till 10 sharp. We came back at 9:35 and they had already started letting people in. Ran over to the Legend booth and heard one of the guys selling baits say" We already sold $1000 worth of baits". Asked about a couple colors and they said they had them and sold out allready. That sucks!!

I had a "buyer" all set to do my shopping for me, but I made the mistake of having my taxes done last week. Now I'm the fish, and Uncle Sam is using my money to bail out some billionaire. Are the boat and lure companies getting any of that stimulus money?

Attendance down maybe ten percent, but people spent more than last year. I was quite suprised. Great small venue show. Thanks to all my loyal customers. jw

I also had a great time at the show! I met a bunch of really great guys. I sold a good bit of lures and leaders too. I would like to thank John with Stealth Tackle, James with Tackle Industries, and Andy with Shack Attack Lures for giving me a chance to work with them. It was really nice to sell products that when I handed it to a customer, I knew they were getting a good high quality item and I could go to bed at night and sleep in peace. I also would really like to thank my great friend Herb Bloxsom for all the help he gave me at the show! I couldn't have done it without him. I also introduced my new buisness, YOUGHIOGHENY GUIDE SERVICE (pronounced YOCK-O-GAY-NEE) to the muskie world. I'm looking forward to taking some guys out and showing them a beautiful fishery and help them become better river fisherman!

Thanks to all...Brian Gilmore
