Hi All,
I live and fish in Minnesota and am wondering what size lures you all throw throughout the season?

Bucktails - Do you all start and end the season with double 10's? Or do you start out in the spring with smaller sizes?

Crankbaits - Do you start with 6 inchers and move up to the 10's and larger later into fall?

Topwaters - Do you start with smaller WTD & prop baits and move larger later on?

Jerkbaits/Gliders - Same question here.. Start with 6 inch ??

Thanks

Early spring last year on the river we were using bass crankbaits, and smaller bucktails/spinnerbaits...even got one on a Mister Twister. Had to give it a little time before they really got active on the bigger baits.

Right after ice out in Canada I have my best luck for big pike on big lures.

From the first day of the season we throw cowgirls and bulldawgs. Work good any time of year.
