| Man o Man o Man,
I realize that Pelican Lake can be a fickle little ya know what, but this year I''ve been out about 3 times with some good time on the water. During optimal conditions, and under prime feeding times, and I''ve only seen one fish cruising along the deep breakline of Sabinos Point. The fish probably didn''t even follow in a bait. I was wondering if anyone has came up with a pattern for this lake so far this year? Rocks? Weeds? Deep Breaklines? Slop? or Openwater? Plus what color patterns seem to be hot as of lately?
I know lakes get into their funk, but it''s been tough going this year. At least that''s what I''ve heard from some of the locals.
Ahhh, the infamous Pelican Lake that I speak of is found in Oneida County, WI. | |
