hi all.....new to the site
i was wondering if anybody could help me out?
i want to remove the paint from some baits.
there is clear coat on the baits, will a standard paint thinner work?
or will something else work better?
thanks for your help

This will be going to the basement bait makers forum, but I'll chime in. I re-do lure for guys all of the time, and nothing works better than heat. Heat gun, propane torch, or hold them over a Mr Heater like you're roasting weenies. Nothing works as well as heat.

i have found out letting your lure soak in thhompson waterproofing will remove the paint, i have done that to a few my old creek chubs that needed repainting....
