Jason and bill how about Port W. I am leaving friday night and staying at my friends house twenty min. from the lake. You guys are welcome if you can do it. I promised him I would go out there and help him spread his grandfathers ashes over the area called Bobs Hole, this was named after his grandpa Brant. This was his request made from his death bed to his grandchild bill and we intend to grant his wishes. This should bring us the monster chins.to be caught at will. Let me know.

Hopefully I can get away from my home lake. It is full of idiots renting boats on the weekend. Its a no wake lake, yet every single person that rents a john boat runs wide open. People are often using basscasters with 12 lb test flipping tails (or straight retrieveing a pig jerkbait...thats fun to watch) That an people catch a crappie or bluegill and put it on their line for bait. Maybe the muskies will still be in the lake for a year or two

I will be fishing and working the Mercury Marine National Walleye tournament in Fon Du Lac with Bill Koval. Is that not a scary thing??? Walleye Weekend is a giant party centered around the tournament, and draws over 30000 people. Looks like good weather, so maybe....just maybe we can place!!

Bad news-I'm losing my full time fishing partner. My son and his fiancee are moving out of town this weekend[:((]
Good news- I'm helping him move into a lakeside home on the Wisconsin River in Tomohawk. The boat will be used as a moving van/place for the old man to relax, while the kids organize the house. It's a tough job, but age has some advantages.[:)]

Heading with Dad to Kinkaid for our annual trip, it should be good,, has anyone been lately?

Yesterday hit an Il cooling lake and slayed the bass with about 60,, at times could barely keep the lure in the water.

Looks like I will be doing outside work on Friday, just tilled, mowed, concreted, fertilzed, pulled weeds, trimed hedges and planted the garden tonight....wow....in 3hrs.

Saturday I will be fishing with C painter on the mad chain, Sunday I will be painting the 3 season porch and the garage.

I am a very busy boy, trying to fix things up for a move someday.
