| There are sooo many to choose from. Which one is the best for an Indiana monster? I heard Chae and Vince Weirick were the best in hte area. Anybody have any opinions or info? |

There are many guides in the area...Mike Hulbert, Mike Ice, Chris Walker and a few others besides the one's you mentioned. We all put fish in the boat! I would encourage you to call each of us who you are interested in and ask questions about what you are interested in. This would give you a good baseline to start with.
Some of us have other guides working for us. Ask who you will be going out with...if you have a preference, let that be known also.
Hope this helps. |

Location: Brookfield, WI | Go with Vince. I have never fished in Indiana or met Vince personally, but when I first started fishing and had a "Plan" that culminated with a trip to Eagle Lake, Vince sent me a couple PMs filled with info about different spots on Eagle and how to fish them. If he'll do that for a complete stranger, imagine what you could learn by hiring him.

Remember The Plan? Sure was a long time ago. |

| Indaina Lake Guides Top Ten:
10.Bill Bennet
9. Broc Pierce
8. Gary Enos
7. Chris Walker
6. Mike Ice
5. Vince Weirick
4. Jason King
3. Chae Dolsen
2 Mike Hulbert
1. Jeff King
There isn't a bad guide on this list, it's just a matter of picking the person who you're most "fishable" with. For an Indiana Beast Hunt, I'd book Mike Hulbert or Jeff King. |

Location: Stevens Point, WI | I have not fished with any of these guides in Indiana, but looked into fishing with a guide over my spring break a couple years ago and after talking with a few other popular guides, Vince Weirick would by far be my choice! I was very impressed when I met him and talked with him at the Chicago show a couple years ago now.

Location: Stevens Point, WI | Add one other guide to the mix here too. He may not be one of these well known guides, but I wouldn't dare look past Spencer Berman. He did put one of the biggest fish to ever come out of Indiana in his boat last year. This fish was released and was close to the state record. It is one of, if not the longest fish ever caught in Indiana, I believe.

The fish was 51.5 inches, caught in early October 2007 on a Musky Innovations Pounder. |
