Well made the 22 of Nov our last Tiger Musky trip to Pineview. Air temp was at 28* and water temp 43* on arrival. Had a nice Tiger cooperate so until next season here's how we ended our 2008 Utat Tiger Musky fish'n.

Awesome fish and release...great way to end the year...but can't you make time for onnnne more trip? Just kidding, congrats again.

Well we looked at the longest range forecast we could find on the internet and out here in Utah it's going to get nasty starting Thanksgiving Day thru Friday and much cooler temps for the weekend. Probable snow/rain mix in the valleys and for sure in the mountains.
But we fished a month and a half longer than previous years...usually put the boat into dry dock first week in October but said 'hey'...let's stick it out. Plus we didn't have the rec boating crowds to contend with
Only the high mountain lakes now have ice...Pineview will be iced most likely the latter part of December. But with the cold weather they're predicting....could be sooner.
