| I just wanted to thank Andy at Shack Attack Lures for the custom baits he made in a hurry for my recent trip. Those baits rock and best of all they are made right here in the good old USA!
Thanks again for great service

Location: Medford, WI | I also would like to thank Andy for the customer service. I had an issue with one of his baits, a very rare occurrance, and he was able to fix the problem right away. Thanks Andy for the great CS and more importantly, for a GREAT bait!

I never even had any issues - I just suggested a color combination and there it appeared in my next order!

| Best lures, and the best customer service anywhere.
Same story for me....special colors, leaving for a trip, and everything that I ordered and more showed up the day before blast off. I'll never use any other plastic, not when he takes care of fishermen the way that he does.

I had emailed him several times regarding problem with the big sucker no response will not be seeing my bussiness!
Give him a call, you won't regret it. What sucks about email, a lot of the time things get filtered to the junk box. Unfortunate. |

Andy, your customer service record speaks for itself.

Location: Land of the Musky | I am one of Andy's competitors and he even shows ME good customer service!!! The guy runs a company that fishermen will be 110% happy with and he also runs a company the rest of the manufacturers of lures can learn a thing or two from!
QUALITY!
GOOD PRICE!
A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE!
CUSTOM lures you will NEVER find anyplace else for your specific needs! I can't do that, Musky Innovations can't do that, Musky Mania can't do that. Shack Attack CAN!
A+++ Andy!

Location: Grand Rapids MN | I sent Andy a PM on this site about a FX model lure and he responded right away. I gave him the details of where these were still being sold and he sent me a new custom colored lure in return. It wasn't expected but very appreciated when it showed up on my door. Since then I've bought 3 other Shack Attack lures and will be picking up a few more.
Great job and a class act! |

Location: Appleton | I've ordered many baits from Andy and every time the shipping is fast and the baits work great. He's even been nice enough to throw in a few extras from time to time. Great customer service. Just hope he has some more show colors this year that aren't on the site. Great work Andy. |

| Thanks everyone for the kind words, without customers you don’t have a business!
I am working on some show custom colors and here is a sneak peak at two of them. Musky Rob got the green/orange and he had great success on it. Sorry Rob that you did not get the other color! I have improved my painting process and now any painted lure has a clear coat that makes the bait really pop and the paint will not rub off. I have a few more new colors up my sleeve for the shows.

Location: Hayward, WI | Neat looking baits! They both look great, but I could definately see myself tossing that top bait with the stripes. Might have to go to a show or two this year...
