| I fished up in the Tomahawk area this past weekend and found out that a 53 inch 40 lb muskie was taken out of Nokomis on Saterday. Fish in the clearer lakes were still spawning(50 to 52 degrees) and fish in the flowages were for the most part done(56 to 58 degrees). Our group caught a 47,43,43,38,36 and some smaller ones, all fish came out of the Wisconsin River except the 38 wich came out of North Twin. The 53 incher did't get put back. Hope everyone had a great opener up north north,I know we did. | |

| Brian and Randy caught 47(Brian)and 43(Randy),I caught a 43 and Mikey O caught a 38,the rest of the boys made up the difference. Brian and randy took 1st and we were the 1st losers,could not get Mikey O. to stay out any longer on sunday,we quit at 6:30,Brian and Randy were done already. Where were you? On the big pond? Was a great time I fished 4 different bodies of water. Can't wait to go back up north,those boys are spoiled up there. | |
