Has anyone ever used this?
Seems like a good high-speed choice for muskies. Why you need a high-speed reel for carp, I don't know.

Beav, if it's the one I'm thinking of (Jackson Lures has them) it's an Abu 6500 Trophy Collection reel. See: http://www.jacksonlures.com/Commerce2/NewAbu.htm
They make them with a muskie, carp and several other species on them; actually I think they are out of production now. I own two of the TCM's and would not trade them for anything. I don't consider them a 'high speed' reel like I would the C-4, but it does have a bit better pickup than the regular C-3's. I would recommend them, (and Jacksons!). m

Why wouldn't you consider it a high speed reel like a C-4? That's all it is, a C-4 with a power handle. It does make a nice musky reel, the one I have is my primary jerkbait reel.

Gear ratio. C3's-5.3:1, C4's-6.3:1 . Used to be anyway. Kinda moved away from Abu, save the old 7000's.

Yes, Carp Master is 6.3/1, 4 BB.
I just never saw one before. Sounds like a good jerk/glider reel for picking up th slack.
