| The first three prototype fish attraction structures have been installed in the Niagara River. This has been made possible by the New York Department of Environmental Conservation and the New York Power Authority. I would like to take a minute and thank everyone involved there for their hard work.
I would also like to thank those of you who operate message boards and You Tube, as this was a very effective way to muster support and keep the project on target.
Big thanks to all you message board users that watched and gave high marks to the video. Over ten thousand views and a five star rating. It was NOTICED by decision makers. Sometimes, these boards can get a little rough. It’s nice to see they can be used to rally support for issues affecting muskellunge across North America, and make a positive difference.
