| We are thinking of spending some time at the end of June in the Land O' Lakes, WI area and would like recommendations on places to rent a cabin for part of the time. We understand at this late of date, pickings may be a little slim. We would like to be on Lac View Desert if possible. Any suggestions?

| Try calling the Chamber of Commerce there, they will recommend lodging. If you can't raise anyone there, try the surrounding area including Eagle River. | |

Last year we stayed at Hillside Resort on the south side of the lake. Its a great place for fisherman. We were up with women and kids and they didnt seem to like it as much, they like the amenities. Still a nice place, GREAT FOOD at the resort. The lake gets rather rough, park your boat bow out! Last year a 14ft aluminum and a Ranger R93 both sank while tied to the dock.
