Location: Burlington, WI | I was wondering if Townsend Flowage, Townsend Wisconsin has muskies in it. If so, how is the lake as far as quantity and quality. I will be staying in Wabeno, Forest County next weekend and I'm looking for some quality water somewhat close by.
Thanks |

| Very very very few, most likely not worth your time. You'd be better off fishing Wabikon or Silver lake in Laona.

Location: Chicagoland | Well, not now. But in about 4 years there should be a decent population of catchable musky. As of last november, they stocked 200 12'' musky. They will do it again this year and for the next 4 years after this one. After that, it is 150 more 12''ers every other year. This lake can provide large musky, it is just a matter of time.
Don't overlook Roberts lake in Forest county. |
