best bet is to use envirotex lite over the damaged area, you'll want to slowly spin the lure as it dries though, to ensure an even coat

Depends on the damage.
You could use some Devcon 5 minute epoxy, and apply it to the damaged area and the surrounding area. After it dries, wet sand the entire lure, paying close attention to the repair to get it to blend, and then apply a coat of e-tex to the lure and just let it hang. It's hard to match the existing topcoat perfectly, but if you can match the damaged area to the existing pretty close, a thin layer will make it look nice.
If it's real bad, with radiating cracks, just strip it and repaint it. I do that all of the time.

its not that bad... really. All the original clearcoat is on the bait. The back has a peeled off area that you can push back down and it looks perfect. Ill try these ideas. Hope it works cause this is the best shacker ive used out of 94 of em.
