| If you want a mid 50 inch fish, head to MN...If you want an upper 50 inch fish head east...If you want to catch muskies in the winter head south. I am pretty young, but can recall being pretty excited as a teenager for my buddy and I scoring 7 muskies in a week long trip to Eagle River...times have changed and to an extent the mystic has lessened as it has gotten easier. I actually recall when a 50 was big news. I am not sure I would change it if I could, however I still have like a 20 inch TV with rabbit ears...so I am a bit old school by nature...Ben | |
