Location: Minnesota		What is the purpose of the rubber band modification to suicks, and how do you do it??

Location: South Portsmouth, KY		It keeps the hooks from fouling. Take the rubber band through the back cotter hook and wrap it around the bend of the two point of the middle treble. Lettin the hook lay naturally is the key to get it tight. Hope this explanation helped.
