I have quite a few free days to spend so my idea is to plan a trip to hunt some musky( & pike) the thing is i am from The netherlands.
I have searched on the forums for resorts/guide trips etc and as you probally know there is alot about that to be found here.
I need you guys to give me some suggestions because there are alot of choices i can make and i rather have people tell me from experiance what worked best.

the plan so far is that i will have 2 "travel days" to fly over and get to my accomodation than i should be able to do 4 - 7 days of fishing.
I want to fish with a guide as the enviroment is unknown to me ( will take me to long to get used to it all), accomodations in target area shouldnt me the biggest problem ( motel/hotel will work) altho a resort would be a plus. Would be cool to meet some fellow fishermand and get a good taste local fishing. prefferbly near a city with airport ( where delta, nortwest etc fly on)

So if you know a good/great guide or are one and willing to help me plan something please drop me a Pm or mail me [email protected]

I went to Vermilion. I hired Matt Snyder, as my guide.
He is an awesome guide, and a great guy!!!

I went to North Shore Lodge a couple of years ago on Eagle Lake in Ontario and was extremely pleased with the fishing, hospitality, accommodations and our guide. We're heading back in a few weeks. They were right in the middle of the 60,000+ acre lake which put them close to everything. Great fishing for walleye, smallmouth bass, pike and of course a shot at the next world record musky. NSL is not the only place on Eagle Lake. Andy Meyer's Lodge is up on the north end and they have a tremendous following & great website with lots of discussions. By all accounts, they are the musky camp on Eagle. Check them all out. Personally, I love the lake.
