Location: Hayward, WI		I just wanted to say thank you to Mark for being on this board representing Okuma, and also thanks to Okuma for having such great service. I've had a little issue with two of my Indurons. Not a major issue, but something that needed attention.

Mark has been AWESOME answering my questions, and has sent me the replacement parts I needed quickly, and free of charge. There is no such thing as a bulletproof reel. They can all break down. If they do, it's nice to know that you bought the product from a company that will do everything possible to make everything right for you.

Mark and Okuma get my vote as well. It's not just a job to him; he belives in the products he represents and he backs up his beliefs with the service he provides to us all.
