Hi;
I'm a newbie to this site. I've been lurking for a few months, on this site. This is a great site.
I'm from Joliet, Illinois.
I was up on Lake Vermilion, the last two weeks, with a buddy. He caught a 55 inch pig!!! When I learn how to post pictures, I'll show some. Fishing was tough, for us, but she made it worth while.
We fished with a guide, the first day. We saw some real nice fish, but didn't put any in the boat. The guide was Matt Snyder. He is AWESOME!!! He is top-notch!!
Any help posting pictures will be greatly appreciated.

That be the one!!!
Nick , a kid that I have been a "big brother" to, since he was 10 years old, caught that PIG. He just graduated college, this spring. This trip was his was graduation present, from me. He also got a 43 incher, that evening.

Nick is 6'3" tall.

That fish is HUGE! When a fish held by a 6'3" guy looks that big, you know it's one biiiggg fish. Congrats.

John

Congrats Man!!! I had a blast with you and Jake. If we could have kept em hooked that day we would have had a few for sure. Really glad you got a big one while you were here. I look forward to fishing together again.
