| Is it me or does it seem like fish are getting used to the Double Cowgirl?
3 years ago when this bait was pretty new, it wasnt uncommon to have 15-30 follows in a night, and quite a few hook-ups, now it seems like if you get a follow you are lucky,I know fish are still falling to this bait, but it doesnt seem near as much.......... at least me me this is............... your thoughts ? |

| Not sure where you are fishing, but up here with the cold spring and early summer everything is almost a month behind, the fish are just starting to chase the bigger baits. |

Location: Land of the Musky | I have been hearing a lot of good things about the Double Cowgirl results this year! That bucktail is producing like no other types of lures according to many I hear from and read..... Try one the Musky Mayhems double#13s out. Maybe you just need a little more thump |

| I just picked up a couple of the new jr. models. Maybe go a little smaller in pressured situations. Kdawg |

| Granted, things have been behind this year, but I'd bet a big part of the success of the double 10's were that they were something the fish had never seen before. Now that everybody in every boat everywhere you go is throwing them, chances are that fish you're casting at has seen one or two. In the last couple hours...
There's no magic bait. Just a bunch of different tools. Some are in the tackle box, some are driving Rangers. |
