| How much do you guys believe that expoxy and nail polish, which I use on my bucktails to give them extra strength, smells effect fish? Should i not bother with them and scarafice strength? Thoughts? I can smelll a scent but do the fish care? |

| Hi there, I don't think the nail polish or epoxy will bother the fish whatsoever. I have been using nail polish for years in dressing my rear hooks and it never stopped the fish from hitting. Thats just my opinion but thats how I do it. Thanks |

| i painted up some spoons a few years ago and covered them with nail polish. The pike on LOTW didn't mind at all. |

| i have run baits that were not fully cured. the smelled but i got a 50 incher on one. at 4mph i dont think it matters. |

Location: East Troy, WI | they dont notice the hooks... they wont notice a little bit of nail polish either... dont let them think they are smarter than us...
yeah i really hope they dont smell it cuz i use "hard as nail" finger nail polish on all my bucktails |

| We make skunk tails...out of road kill skunks..and they catch fish hahaha. This all goes back to the post about a Musky's senses and how they feet. Smell has little to do with it |

| They are muskies, not catfish.
They are ambush predators who feed by sight and sound and opportunity. I doubt that they ever smell what they eat. |
