The factory would be your best bet. Where did you buy it? They maybe could help. I have always taken any Fenwicks in to Capra's in Blaine MN. They have been great to deal with.

Let 'em go so that Ashton can catch 'em.....Mike

Jeff....I recently dealt with Fenwick on a broken rod. The above address works....try their website: www.fenwickfishing.com for information.

They have you send them the rod...if they deem the failure not their fault they will send you a new rod at a very reduced rate. I have some wonderful old Fenwicks that predated their move overseas. They were great rods when they were being made in the US. Now they are ok rods for the money but definitely not as nice a rod as they used to be.

You could also get a rod builder to fix the rod. Many won't go to the effort but I have done it a bunch. If it's a one piece rod, though, it is a real pain in the fanny but can be done.

Good luck,
BrianW

Jeff, the address Dennis mentioned is the correct place although they have changed the name to Pure Fishing, send it to that address and make it attn rod and reel service, Pure Fishing is one of my sponsers even though I don't use their Fenwick line if you have a problem after sending it to them, e-mail or call me and I'll see what I can do. Take care.[:praise:]

I had a very similar problem and Fenwick sent me a brand new rod, no charge. I had to send them my rod plus my sob story, and they came through within about 3 weeks. Check the Fenwick website to verify the address posted above.
