I'm on the road, as usual, but may get out for a couple tomorrow evening. Then it's to Nebraska, and then Las Vegas for ICAST. I hope you have more time to fish than I!

Where are you headed this weekend?

If you're in Omaha, give me a shout, be happy to buy you a burger on the way through, as I'll be here myself this weekend. Had a really good two weeks, caught a couple pigs in WI waters, a couple dinks too, saw a guy lose what could well have been his PB, saw another land his.
I'm likely going to hit the green carp for a couple days here and there, if I can... Two more weeks to hold out for Cass.

Local; Lisa works, so it's me and the boys. We don't do well on weekends at Pineview after about 9 AM. We'll pile in the truck and go off to slay a batch of bluegills on Manuta.

Northern MN on Sunday. Sabaskong Bay on Monday for a week. Someone tell the man upstairs to give us warm, stable, even slightly increasing air temps for the next week... Thanks!

Heading up to the inlaws for the week. Unfortunately they live on the LDF chain, :)so I'll be out there plowing the waters for one of the gems that calls that chain her home.

Much needed vacation.

Friday night out on the BIG pond with Mike Conklyn and the (more)overweight white Carlos Zambrano, Saturday afternoon on the BIG pond with my beautiful bride, and Sunday morning on the BIG pond with Team Rumblekntt. Sunday AM new rules go into effect: NO HARD LIQUOR IN MY BOAT (Mike, just in case you missed that) and the Stones will be switched off in favor of the Who.

Norm, good luck and fair seas on your trip, sir. Hope they cooperate for you.
If y'all need me, I'll be in the garage, packing the Gambler for Vermilion! New line on the reels, sharp on the hooks, new Stealth leaders on below the glow bead, bug spray and sun block, map chip in, what did I forget.....m

Mike, he won't have to worry. He'll only need room in the freezer for 2 fish. The two I give to him.

Jr and I will be joining K-bob and fishing "new to me" lakes in the Rhinelander area. Now that Jr. has finally broken the ice with his 1st fish, I fully expect him to boat several fish in the coming weeks........and I'm looking forward to it!!!!!!

Location: NYC (and many weeks in MN during summer)
my 3 week fishing vacation is over and I'm now back in NYC. I spend most of my time daydreaming of being on the water. At this point I'd settle for picking out backlashes, untangling lures, and even getting skunked on my best lake X.

On the other hand, atleast I'll have a great day today at the ALL STAR fan fest with my daughter!!

Counting down the days again till I'm back on the water in my summertime paradise I call Minnesota (34 days to go and then another 3 weeks of Muskie hunting)
