I've been out a few times in the last couple weeks on the bay and river with only one 32' dink to show for it. Before all that rain it was hot but nothing but a struggle since for me anyway. big algae bloom starting so don't expect to see follows if you're casting. I may just give it another month before I get back out there. Good luck and let us know how you do.

I have been curious on this. Do you have to troll the bay/river to be successful out here? If not is there any specific spots to concentrate on casting that anyone would be willing to help with?

There are actually a lot of good areas to cast in the river in the fall and the first couple weeks after opener. Not sure about this time of year
