I'm not real crazy about buying a Muskie lure that you need to change the hardware on. I mean lets face it, none of them are actually cheap. I have noticed that the guys who build them one at a time usually put together a high quality lure! Wouldn't you rather buy one thats fishable right out of the package with good quality hooks and split rings and no worries of loosing the fish that you have been after since you started! I think most guys would rather pay alittle extra for good stuff. I also have to give "TACKLEBOOTY Credit for both price and quality! If he can do it why can't the rest of them? Just my opinion! And also, some of the rubber baits out there, "PITTYFUL"
WHAT DOES EVERYONE ELSE THINK ABOUT THIS?

Just depends what you are talking about. Often times the hardware that comes on a bait is fine. But you have to admit that a LOT of muskie angler go overboard. Case in point, just look at the surge off bigger lures. Yes, they work, but I just wonder how many will have to give up muskie fishing when the blow out a wrist, should (name your body part)?
