Had some of the best buffalo shrimp I have ever had today for lunch in Venice, Florida at Pop's.( Good thing we ordered the mild-- yeah,right-- the volcanic ones must be used to clean barnacles off hull bottoms!!) The Restaraunt and Bar is on the water, so while we ate out by the waterway, I watched Snook swim around by the shore.

Then we went to try to find someone to take me out fishing tomorrow or Wednesday for grouper, sheesh!! This is the quiet season here, and the docks were full of boats, but no one around the charter houses. Guess I will call and beg tomorrow.[8)]

Went out on a jetty, and watched some poor guys try to catch fish with absolutely NO clue what was needed, dressed up like desert soldiers or something. Pretty funny, though!

Do Salt Water Muskies travel in wolf packs and howl with a southern drawl before taking the bait..?[]

Glad to hear you're having fun. Soak up some sun for me, or bring back sunny weather with you!! If I have to look at another gray day out the window, I think I may go insane!!! Hope your vacation is all that you want it to be. Thanks for the update.
