Location: Rhinelander.		Guys good luck in Eagle River this weekend. Wish I could have made this one. Hope the bite is better then last weeks. Since I'm not fishing it I will share the info that the only fish we saw were in the rivers or connecting water between lakes. I might stop and have a beer friday night. Hope to see you.

Location: Stevens Point, WI		Was out today with a buddy of mine that is fishing the tournament and did alright compared to other guys we talked to. Raised a few and I stuck a legal that decided to crush a bucktail at boatside. Hopefully he'll do alright; least he's got a certain bait they have preferred the past few days nailed down.

The weed growth is really down, not surprising but a lot of guys fishing a lot of new areas.
