| Yeah, I fish it frequently. Its loaded with skis, we are moving only a couple a night this past week, which is slow for Indy. It may be a little early for cowgirls but that is what we are moving them on, red or purple got lit up last year for us and often. My other go-to on Indy has been a white/black spot hawg teaser, just a little side to side jerkbait will make em snap. I have had the guy in the back of the boat throwing a pearl colored bulldawg to the deep side and I have been working the shore. I have moved more fish but the bigger follows have come from the dawg off the break. The whole shoreline is money, plus work all around the reed island and you will get one or two or three.......Good luck

We'll see you sunday for the Capable partner outing, Paul we give some help on sunday morning, with the info he gets from the metro tournament be on there saturday. No much has changed on this lake, topwater, glider, and bucktail, find the first break and you will be on fish 14-18' depending on the weed growth. Don't be afraid to go shallow on the lake also.

| opener was great and then it shut down. Only one fish from the hartman Tourney. Myself and others have put in time on the water and have had nothing going on. Too early I guess.
They have had nasty weather out there as well with big winds. Lots of trees down |

| Was on Indy for that tourney. Dead sea. Talked with one guy who said he had heard they sprayed the weeds the Monday before. One guy lost a fish early. Everyone else said it was slow slow slow.
Had a 25" nip at my bucktail ten minutes into the tournament and then nothing the rest of the day.
Does anyone ever catch any incidental bass or pike on this lake? Only one decent northern has ended up in the boat despite fishing the lake a fair amount.

| Topwalker,
Indy is kinda weird for incidental fish, in that they are quite rare for my boat, we might pick up a couple of bass when throwing a spinnerbait, but not too often. On the rare occasion we catch a pike, it is usually bigger than the average metro hammer handle. One time I had a big ski spotted in the shallows and I pitched an eel to her, she swims out of sight and I was just reeling in the eel and really nice walleye came flying out of the weed bed and smoked it. I am hoping that Indy heats up in July so we can start "padding the stats." It is all tonka till then!
