It seems to me that many trailer manufacturers do not balance the tires on thier trailers. Does anyone get thier balanced? does it make a difference, like it does with your truck tire? any input on balancing your trailer tires?
thanks

I balanced mine. I think it can't do anything but help. Control, ride, and tire wear have to be better.

I'm not sure the difference it makes, but the used boat I just bought has balanced tires. Like Shep said, it couldn't hurt.

I was told by the tire salesman when I purchased new tires for my boat trailer that the tires did not need to be balanced because they are on a trailer and are not involved in any turning or steering. I had mine balanced anyway. If you have ever had a wheel weight come off and felt the vibration it caused you would want it fixed, right?
