I have been looking around on the net for a power handle for one of my 6600SSC3 reels, but I'm not having any luck. The only ones I have found fit up to a 6500 but not a 6600. http://www.abugarcia.com/prod.php?k=78590&sk=78587&p=PURPHA-B%20(1091026)

Where could I find one?
Thanks

It will work with your 6600SSC3. There are only two sizes of drive shafts for all Abu baitcast reels; those up to and including all size 6 reels, and then a larger one for the 7,9, and 10,000.

Go for it... basically a 6600 is just a 6500 with a thumbbar instead of press release button... I have all my 6600C3 and 6600SSC3 with those powerhandles... Not a problem...

Yep, I have the same power handles that fit 6500c3's, 6500ci's, 7000c3, Record 65, even little 5500's! If you want to push the pike around early in the year try a good flippin rod with a 5500+powerhandle, 65# braid and just about any spinnerbait, small jerkbait, spoon or plastic. Sweet set-up, and it makes you feel like it's musky fishing when you're still 2 months early. 5500 with a power handle is a little like crossing Barry Bonds with Gary Coleman. Fun to fish, though.
