| I believe you pay MN sales tax when you register the boat in your state.....

Location: Northwest Wisconsin | I believe you pay sales tax in MN. I live in WI and I bought a boat last year from a private party in MN and paid WI sales tax. |

Location: Watertown, MN | One used boats in MN you will not pay sales tax, you will pay tax on the value on the trailer. But yes you pay the tax in the state you live in.
