| I bought a Lowarance LMS332C for the front of my boat. I cannot get the GPS to work. I probably hooked something up wrong or missed something in programming since I am not too good with electronics. Any and all help would be great. All the screen will read is "GPS module not responding" I do have the puck wired to a "T" with the network line going back into the head. What am i doing wrong or missing??
Thanks for the help. I can't sit on hold with Lowrance for hours to wait for their help!
Thanks, Tom |

Location: Bartlett IL | The LMS-332c & the GPS module have separate power connections. That's the message you get if the module does not have power.

Hope this helps.

| Hey Frank,
I guess I now know what the extra pos. and neg. wires were for!!! I told you I know nothing about electronics!!! I would have never thought the puck needed juice. Thanks for the help. It took me about 3 minutes to fix after your reply.
I am just north of you in Fox River Grove. I used to work in Hanover Park. Thanks again for the help, Tom |

Location: Seymour, WI | I have a question about this unit as well. Is there a way to turn the GPS off and just use the sonar? I would like to be able to have the sonar full screen, but can't find that option.
Thanks,

Hit PAGES and then move, with the arrow key, over to the Sonar tab. In there you will be able to choose "Full Sonar Chart".
Should be all set from there.
Good luck,
Labs
