| I have a Lakewood Musky Upright that is about two years old and it started to have some zipper issues. I called Steve at Lakewood Products to see what my options were and he told me to try and work some wax into the zippers. Upon working the wax in a couple of teeth broke on the zipper. I called him back and explained what happened. Since I live near the shop he told me to stop in and he would take care of it. Today I picked up my bait box and holy crap did he take care it! The zipper was broke and he re-covered the box with the new style cover! Now I am sure that was easier than fixing the zipper, but he could have told me to pound sand being that it is two years old. I just wanted to let everyone know about that Steve at Lakewood is just a good ol' stand up guy and because of this has earned my business from here on out! |
