| you know monday nights at 9:30pm used to be a sacred time in my house... now the outdoor channel has removed joe bucher from its monday night fishing show line-up altogether! Bucher was the only good show in the whole damn line-up!!! now he is on at 2AM on a friday morning? people have to work for a living- i can't stay up that late on a work night... not that i could ever get sick of watching some loser realing in YET another monster 3lb. largemouth bass... but PLEASE bring back Joe Bucher to monday nights... i need my weekly muskie segment... | That depends on who you ask. I wrote Bucher's website and got the following response:
"Thanks for asking. Would you believe that the OC didn't even offer it (Monday nite) to us for the next run? They offered us a saturday at 5 pm or a Sunday at a lesser time. We took the saturday at 5 pm. If you'd like to voice your opinion with the powers at the Outdoor Channel, the guy who is in charge of programming, and the one who made the switch on us is -- Wade Sherman. You need to write him as well as his boss, Andy Dale. Thanks for writing. Best of luck on the water this upcoming season.

I then wrote T.O.C. to complain and got this response:
"Your issue is Mr. Bucher, sir. I followed his wishes. I don't want his
hunting shows, and I fought like heck to keep him Monday Night. He insisted
on doing hunting. Therefore, I can't keep him on Monday NIght if its "Monday
Night Fishing"
