I just finished updating the software for a brand new LMS-527c. The version that was loaded on the new unit was 2.1.0 After reading about the added features from the lowrance website I felt it was well worth updating the software. It took about 20 minutes to read through the information and complete the process. Software updates are available for just about every Lowrance unit.

Has anyone else update their unit?
