| Hey Guys,
My brother just got back from a weekend at Evergreen Lake in Central IL, I will let him tell the fish stories, but he had an issue with the green Power Pro bleeding everywhere. Two days later he still can't get the green dye off his hands, his cork handles or his boat. I have never had an issue at all with green Power Pro, but am wondering if they have changed something for this year. I have 4 reels I need to to spool up and may have to make a change if this is the new power pro. Has anyone else been out on the water yet with 08 green power pro this year, and have you had any similiar issues?

Location: Sun Prairie, WI | Fished new 100 lb. green PP this last weekend with no bleeding issues. I can't swear this was new PP as in 2008, but it was new on the reel. I got it spooled at a local shop from a bulk spool in March this year.
Could it have been the pirated/fake Power Pro? There is a thread somewhere about the counterfeit stuff, but don't remember which board it's on. Don't know if that stuff bleeds or what. It just came to mind that it may be the fake stuff.

Location: Appleton, WI | This happened to a few guys an another board. Have him take pictures of everything and send a quick note to PP. They were sending a letter of apology, a 500yd spool of white 80#, a hat, and a guide style PP fishing shirt to all who had this problem. Also check this link about the fake stuff. Good Luck
