| I had a big fish follow to the boat. By looking at her from a distance of 8 or so feet, plus thru the water, plus through my aging eyes, I can say with all certainty that she was 47.72" long with a girth of 26.68". She weighed 38.28#.
If it wasn't for reading similar posts on this board, well, I could have never nailed the measurements so accurately. I have gained confidence of making this up by reading other posts from folks who can measure fish by seeing them from a distance.
BTW - If you choose to argue with me, you should know that the last time I looked in the mirror I saw that I'm now 6'8" tall and weigh just a shade under 300#. Nothing but brute, um, brutishness. My truck goes 160mph in stealth mode and I get 200mpg, so don't make me come to your house and kick your dog. The only exception is Rob the Nighmare; I really don't want any more problems with that fine gent.

If you don't want any more problems with Rob, you better spell his name right!!!

| Thanks K-Bob. "Rob the Nightmare" is accurate, I think. Sorry about that, Nightmarish Dude, simple typo. Put that gun back away and stop doing the MapQuest deal to get to my house. EXCEPT, if you want to fish, Rob, I'll gladly take you out on my humble local waters.
There's 70" fish around here. I saw 'em.
